Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, as home decor items are fragile.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
