How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your home scent. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are committed to ethical practices. All Sand + Fog products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
How can I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To ensure an even burn, allow the wax to melt across the entire surface to the edges of the glass during the first lighting. Always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before relighting.
